After more than 20 years at the helm of his Firm, Ruiz Ballesteros shares, in a direct and practical way, what few dare to reveal: How to Manage, Position, and Grow a Professional Firm with a Business mindset. “The reason for writing the book is to share with all colleagues who might find it useful a way of working that has helped us grow and organize a Company efficiently,” he states.
“It’s not common to reveal internal secrets of a Firm, but I think it’s important that the Legal and Tax Services sector continues to professionalize and advance, because if we improve the profession, we will all benefit,” he adds.
The Book addresses practical aspects that are useful for most Law Firms, from how to receive clients and decide whether to charge for consultations, to how to convey the desired image, manage advertising and marketing to position the Firm or build customer loyalty.
“Organizing a Law Firm and making it grow sustainably is a sum of details, many of them more important than they seem,” explains the Firm’s Executive Director. “The difference, therefore, isn’t solely determined by the technical work, but by that internal management, the kind that is often forgotten amidst Lawsuits and Tax Returns,” he adds.
Since its inception, Ruiz Ballesteros has advised over 10,000 clients, including some of the Country’s leading Companies, and has filed more than a Thousand Lawsuits. Furthermore, the Firm hosted Conferences organized by Geneva Group International (GGI), the Global Alliance of Independent Firms, to mark its 25th anniversary.
